Dispatch

All orders placed are despatched from our premises the next working day via Royal Mail or by our appointed courier, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

The shipping price and options available are automatically updated based on the items being ordered and the shipping destination.

We only dispatch goods to the card holders address. This is for security reasons. If you would like your goods sent to an alternative address please call us to discuss.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the "EU Distance Selling Directive" which can be found at

If you are returning an article of clothing out of choice and not because of a fault then your money will be refunded less a £5 administrative charge.
