2 forms of ID are required. 1 must confirm the customers’ identity and enable verification of signature whilst the other must confirm the customer’s current address.

· Drivers Licence · Passport · Credit, Debit or Cheque guarantee card · Forces/Police/Prison Service ID card
Verifying reference numbers must be entered as requested. E.g. Drivers Licence number, credit/debit card number and expiry date etc.

Drivers licence (if not being used as proof of identity) · Bank statement · Credit card statement · Utility or telephone bill · Mortgage statement or Council Tax bill. Pension or Family Allowance Book. Verifying reference numbers and, in the case of bills/statements dates, must be entered as requested. Statements and bills must be no more than 12 weeks old.
