The four-stroke engine is a peach, with a canyon-wide performance zone that you can get into and then stay inside without difficulty. Get ahead on the track and you'll be hard to pass: on the trail, you're always in the right gear no matter how the terrain unfolds. Designed for light weight and easy maintenance, the YFM250R has an oil cooler to keep the engine internals optimally lubricated. Brakes are high performance triple discs, suspension geometry is lifted directly from the all-conquering YFZ450.
As comfortable on a racetrack as it is on a fast trail, the YFM250R is a no-brainer choice for your first sports ATV.
