Credit Card Security

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website. We do not see your number or store it anywhere. The money transaction is handled by "Barclaycard Business ePDQ". Neither Exeter Quads nor Barclaycard pass your details to any third party.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. We will contact you with the option of cancelling if you would rather not wait.

If you are returning an article of clothing out of choice and not because of a fault then your money will be refunded less a £5 administrative charge.
